Jodie

Saturday, after having narrowly averted a bad run-in with a puddle of drool (see below), I met Jodie. She and a good looking guy (maybe her boyfriend? I didn’t ask.) were on their way home from dinner, and seemed to have had a pretty good time.

About Jodie: Jodie’s from Denver, CO (I’m totally jealous.) and has lived in New York for two and a half years. Her favorite movie is Legends of the Fall and she loves Mexican food. Her favorite thing about New York is the diversity. (Makes her a good candidate for appreciating this little project of mine!) When I asked her what she wanted to share with the world, she wanted to think about it for a second so I took her picture first. She’s got a great smile- check it out- and after showing it off, she told me she knew what she wanted to say. “What I would say is,” she started, “to try to make the world a more humane place to live.” At this, the cute guy laughed a little and teased her, “Aww, how sweet…” Dude…it was sweet. : )
